Delivery Rules & Shipping Policy – Orvino Wear

At Orvino Wear, we aim to deliver your favorite watches as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our delivery guidelines carefully:

1. Delivery Charges

We offer affordable shipping rates across Bangladesh:

• Inside Dhaka City: 80/- Tk

• Outside Dhaka (Whole Bangladesh): 120/- Tk

  
  

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Dhaka City: Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

• Outside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.

Note: Delivery might take slightly longer during public holidays, mega campaigns, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

• Once you place an order, our team will call you for order confirmation.

• After confirmation, you will receive a tracking update or a call from our delivery partner (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, or RedX) when the parcel is near your location.

  
  

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• We provide Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh.

• For orders outside Dhaka, we may request a small advance payment (Delivery Charge) to confirm the order and prevent fake orders. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

  
  

5. Product Inspection (Open Box)

• We encourage customers to check the product in front of the delivery man (if the courier service allows).

• If you find any physical damage or if it's the wrong product, please inform us immediately (01796411098) before the delivery man leaves.

  
  

6. Unboxing Video (Highly Recommended)

• For your safety and ours, please record a clear unboxing video when opening the parcel.

• This video is mandatory if you want to claim a return or replacement for a broken or missing item.

  
  

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partners will try to contact you via phone. If you are unavailable after 3 attempts, the order will be canceled and returned to our office.

• Re-shipping a returned order will require a new delivery charge to be paid in advance.
