Return & Refund Policy – Orvino Wear

At Orvino Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a hassle-free return and replacement policy for our premium watches.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

• Damaged Product: If the watch is received in a damaged or broken condition.

• Defective Product: If the watch has internal mechanical defects or functional issues upon arrival.

• Wrong Item: If you received a different model, color, or product than what you ordered.

  
  

2. Reporting the Issue

• Customers must report any issues (damaged/wrong product) on the same day of delivery.

• We strongly recommend making an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This serves as proof and helps us process your request faster.

  
  

3. Conditions for Acceptance

For a return to be accepted:

• The watch must be unused and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, warranty cards (if any), and accessories must be intact.

• The product must not have any scratches or signs of wear caused by the user.

  
  

4. Replacement Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

• If approved, we will send a fresh replacement of the same model (subject to stock availability).

• If the model is out of stock, you can choose another watch of the same value or request a refund.

  
  

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only processed if the product is out of stock or if a valid return cannot be replaced.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within 5-7 working days after the return is confirmed.

• Note: Delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are generally non-refundable.

  
  

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), Orvino Wear will bear the return shipping cost.

• If the customer wants to exchange a product without any defect (e.g., changed their mind), the customer must bear both the return and the new delivery charges.
