Orvino Wear is an online watch business based in Bangladesh. We provide high-quality timepieces. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or cancel an order if necessary.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services across Bangladesh with the following rates:

• Inside Dhaka City: 80/- Tk (1-2 Days)

• Outside Dhaka: 120/- Tk (2-3 Days)

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier logistics or unavoidable circumstances.

4. Order Cancellation & Pricing

• Orvino Wear reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order.

• Orders may be canceled due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or failure to verify the customer's identity.

• If we cancel an order after payment, we will process a full refund to the customer.

  
  

5. Return & Replacement Policy

• If you receive a wrong or defective product, you must report it on the same day of delivery.

• Products can be returned within 7 days only if they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.

• We strongly recommend making an unboxing video as proof for any claims.

• Only one discount or coupon is applicable per order.
